This website is designed (constantly under construction) to serve as the on-line resource center for the activates and research archives of all those who believe that inspired Scripture Alone as judged by the Gospel (Sola Scriptura) is the standard for doctrine and practice. We believe that every aspect of salvation is by God's Sovereign Grace Alone (Sola Gratia) and conditioned upon Christ Alone (Solo Christo). We believe that Christ's people freely receive knowledge and rely upon Christ entirely for their salvation by the gift of Faith Alone (Sola Fide). The thrust of our efforts in public and private discourse (all that happens in this world,) including the salvation of men, the damnation of the wicked, and even the innate predisposed sinfulness of men is predestined for the Glory of God Alone (Soli Deo Gloria) (Isaiah 45:7). We believe that this organization is a strictly educational public corporation formed and executing the command of Jesus Christ to be the Salt & Light of the World. (Matthew 5:13)

Our Mission:
The commitment and purpose of Foundation for Christian Alternatives seeking to be distinctively Christian by providing and promoting, in a kind and loving way, Christian alternatives to various expressions of the Secular Humanism permeating our culture. These distinctive flow from the Christian doctrines of God, Man, and Salvation as set forth in the Bible, the revealed word of God.
The Foundation accomplishes its mission through research and education leading to:
• Strengthening the traditional family.
• Providing strategic planning and counsel for public officials.
• Promoting values of Christian ethics in the market place.
• Providing the pubic forum with a Christian world and life view.
Findings of such character are frequently used by state and local legislators to introduce and pass good and righteous laws, affecting all of the above. Likewise, our research often leads to early warning and subsequent defeat of unjust and misguided, family and economic damaging legislation. (Top of Page)
Track History:
Examples of past research that has lent itself well to Pro-family legislation include:
1. The strongest Christian & Home School Support statutes in these United States (1982): Time after time being upheld by opinion letters from three subsequent MS Attorney Generals.
2. Anti-Pornography Legislation (1983). Statute that forbade the display of pornographic material in public places where a children might frequent.
3. Parental Notification & Consent with a 24 Hour Waiting Period legislation (before an abortion may be performed on a minor.) (1986)
Upheld by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans in June 1993. Upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court on November 15, 1993.
“One month after implementing a new informed consent abortion law, the state of Mississippi has reduced it’s abortion rate by about one half” - (Washington Inquirer, 12/4/93)
4. Hate Crimes Act - Veto: Often the forces of evil will present legislation that ostensibly promotes a desirable result, but in analysis it proves to provide a loop hole for evil to prevail. The Mississippi version of this act gave free license to the homo sexual lobby and others who are militantly opposed to traditional family values to prosecute a minister who preached the facts of Paul’s book to the Roman’, and it’s warning to this land.
5. Prayer in Public School Legislation: While not an end in itself, the act is the jumping off point for the transformation of this society’s view of and relationship to the brotherhood of public prayer. The prevailing philosophy of the tax-funded school system promotes an assemblage of violent and promiscuous role models that must be addressed if our culture is to survive and glorify God.
6. LIFE PLAN is a youth guidance project that has three components designed to motivate and lead the youth to achievable occupational goals. It uses a Christian approach that addresses the body, mind and spirit.
In 1992 we realized that while we as Pro-Family Thinkers are winning many battles, we are losing the war. The war is a battle for the minds of our children, and therefore our culture and our future. An employer can no longer feel comfortable that a High School Diploma is an assurance of accomplishment; rather it’s only a sign of attendance or socially acceptable behavior; even that being questionable by work-place standards.
7. EDGE OF THE WORLD Wilderness School. At the behest of the Mississippi State Legislature, FCA developed a Christian Alternative to the State Reform School to reach the 1st time youthful offender. The $600,000 annual budget school attempts to reach 20+ youthful offenders a year.
8. SOUTHERN HISTORICAL CONFERENCE AND BONNIE BLUE BALL A multigenerational educational project for the social interaction and exposition of traditional Southern Culture over a three day event. (Top of Page)
